/24-7PressRelease.com/ -- SANTA CLARA, CA - Oct 5, 2004 -- MDM Group, Inc. (OTC.PK: MDDM) advises that Mr. Marshall Couper, the CEO of ShockRounds(TM), will be a guest speaker at two major International security and law enforcement conferences.
Mr. Couper will feature as a speaker at the Jane's 7th Annual Less-Lethal Weapons Conference being organized in Dublin, Ireland on the 19th and 20th of October, 2004 by Jane's Information Group, publisher of Jane's Defense Weekly and specialist provider of high-level conferences. ABOUT SHOCKROUNDS
The ShockRounds(TM) enabled munitions have the potential to provide more versatile, effective and safe "hostile situation" solutions for law enforcement, military, border control, anti-terrorism and Homeland Security initiatives. When fired, ShockRounds(TM) enabled munitions will generate extremely high voltage charges that have the capacity, depending on the munitions used, to affect behavior modification or target incapacitation on impact. The ShockRounds(TM) technology is proposed to be incorporated in both less-lethal rubber bullets as well as in traditional metal jacket munitions.
Given the global emphasis on law enforcement, security and terrorism prevention, the need for new and more effective non-lethal and less-lethal weapons could not be more acute. ShockRounds(TM) technology is applicable to all these markets and security needs as they will introduce greater versatility, safety and options for the personnel that work in these market sectors.
